Persian Abstract

زمینه و اهداف: مهدکودک به عنوان مکانی مطمئن در پرورش کودکان قلمداد می‌شود و در فراهم آوردن زندگی سالم و نشاط‌انگیز و تربیت افراد با رفتار سالم، نقش بسیار سازنده‌ای ایفا می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط و ایمنی مهدکودک‌های شهر تربت حیدریه و روستامهدهای شهرستان زاوه در سال 1394-95 انجام شد. روش­ها: این مطالعه توصیفی به صورت میدانی و با پر کردن فرم‌ها و پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد برای هر مهدکودک طی سال های 1395 و 1396 انجام شد. در این فرم‌ها و پرسشنامه‌ها موارد مختلف 5 گانه بهداشت فردی، ساختمانی، لوازم وابزار کار، ایمنی و بهداشت محیط که در آئین‌نامه بهداشت محیط مهدکودک‌ها آمده است مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پرسش‌نامه‌ها در بین کلیه مهدکودک‌های تربت حیدریه و روستا مهدهای شهرستان زاوه توزیع و تکمیل شد. نتایج حاصله با کمک نرم افزار Excel 2007 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.    نتایج: نتایج بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط مهدکودک‌های شهر تربت حیدریه نشان داد که وضعیت که بهداشت فردی (60)، بهداشت ساختمانی (5/55)، بهداشت لوازم و ابزار کار (33/74)، بهداشت محیط (85/80)، بهداشت ایمنی (28/79) می‌باشد. در مورد روستامهدها نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که از نظر کارت معاینه پزشکی (1/93)، دستشوئی (6/96)، استعمال دخانیات (100)، بهداشت فردی (80)، دفع و جمع آوری زباله (60)، دفع بهداشتی فاضلاب (3/79)، صندلی‌های سالم و متناسب (90)، کف اتاق بخش نوپا (1/62)، کپسول آتش نشانی (100)، جعبه کمک‌های اولیه (90)، حفاظ پریز برق (80)، کف ساختمان (1/93)، تهویه هوا (75)، روشنایی طبیعی (80) مطلوب و در زمینه اخذ گواهینامه آموزشی (0)، کف اتاق بازی کودکان (4/3)، ایمنی وسایل بازی (1/22) در وضعیت نامطلوبی قرار داشتند. نتیجه ­گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد وضعیت کلی بهداشت محیط مهدکودک‌های شهرستان تربت حیدریه تقریباً مطلوب بوده اما با وضعیت آرمانی فاصله دارد. در حالی که در مورد روستامهدهای زاوه، بیشترین مشکلات در قسمت ساختمانی مشاهده شد. اما در کل در بسیاری از موارد بهداشتی روستا مهد ها طبق آیین نامه عمل کرده بودند. بنابراین تلاش بیشتر جهت بهبود شرایط توسط مسئولیت ذی ربط ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

The investigation of environmental health and safety status of kindergartens in Torbat Heydariyeh and rural kindergartens in Zaveh in 2015-2016

Abstract

Background & Aim: Kindergartens are considered a safe place to raise children and play an important role in providing a healthy and bracing life and treating normal people. This study was conducted to investigate the environmental health and safety status of kindergartens in Torbat Heydariyeh and rural kindergartens in Zaveh in 2015. Methods: This study is a cross sectional/descriptive study conducted on all kindergartens in Torbat Heydariyeh and rural area of Zaveh in 2015-2016 through convenience sampling. To collect data, the designed checklist approved by the ministry of health was filled through interview and observation. This checklist contains 5 different sections including, personal health, building health, instruments and tools health, safety and environmental health. Data analyzed using Excel 2007. Results: The findings show that kindergartens in Torbat Heydariyeh are in suitable level in these items: Individual health (60), health care (55.5), health and safety equipment (74.33), environmental health (80.85), and health safety (79.28). However, rural kindergartens are in suitable level in the following items: medical examination card (93.1), lavatory (96.6), smoking status (100), solid waste management (60), wastewater management (79.3), safe and fit seats (90), floor covering of toddlers section (62.1), fire extinguisher capsule (100), first aid kit (90), plugs of wall outlets (80), floor of building (93.1), air ventilation (75), natural lighting (80), whereas floor covering of children's playground (3.4), safe toys and play tools (24.1) and educational certificate (0) were in unsuitable level. Conclusion: This study showed that the overall health condition of kindergartens in the city of Torbat Heydariyeh is almost desirable, but far from ideal condition. In rural kindergartens, the obtained results show that the most problem is related to building health. However, in most kindergartens, health condition was in accordance with items of approved checklist.
