Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: نگرش کارآفرینانه و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی مفاهیمی هستند که توجه پژوهشگرانِ رشته‌های علمی مختلف را به خود معطوف نموده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه نگرش کارآفرینانه و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تربت‌حیدریه در سال 1394 انجام شد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری را کارکنان ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرستان تربت‌حیدریه که تعداد آنها 437 نفر بود، تشکیل می‌دادند. حجم نمونه پژوهش (205 نفر) با استفاده از جدول مورگان و بر اساس حجم جامعه مورد مطالعه محاسبه گردید. ابزار مطالعه در این پژوهش مشتمل بر پرسش‌نامه‌های نگرش کارآفرینانه، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و مشخصات جمعیت شناختی بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 10.8±31.2 سال بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش به ترتیب 3.60±451.1 و 52.7±459.4 بود. بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه رابطه معناداری به‌دست آمد (0.001 p=  و 0.05 r=). نگرش کارآفرینانه 25 درصد از رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان ستادی را پیش بینی نمود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته­ ها بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه واحدهای مورد مطالعه رابطه مناسبی مشاهده شد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد ارتقای نگرش کارآفرینانه به منظور افزایش رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

The Relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Entrepreneurial Attitude among Staff of University of Medical Sciences

Abstract

Background and aim: Entrepreneurial attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior are two concepts that have attracted the attention of researchers of different scientific disciplines. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior among staff of Torbat Heydariyeh University of medical sciences in 2015. Methods: This is a descriptive/analytical study which conducted on 437 staff of Torbat Heydariyeh University of medical sciences. Sample size (205 people) was calculated using Morgan table based on the studied population size. Study tools were entrepreneurial attitude questionnaire, organizational citizenship behavior and demographic information. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21 and descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean and standard deviation of participants' age were 31.2±10.8. In addition, the mean and standard deviation scores of organizational citizenship behavior and entrepreneurial attitude among participants were 451.4 ± 3.60 and 459.4 ± 52.7, respectively. There is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and organizational citizenship behavior (r=0.50, p=0/000). Also, entrepreneurial attitude predicted 0.25 of organizational citizenship behavior among university staff. Conclusion: Based on the results, there was a relatively suitable relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and organizational citizenship behavior in studied subjects. It is recommended to promote entrepreneurial attitude to increase organizational citizenship behaviors among university staff.
