Persian Abstract
زمینه و هدف: اختلال بیشفعالی- نقص توجه بر تعامل مادر-کودک تاثیر منفی میگذارد و عملکرد خانواده بهخصوص مادر را دچار اختلال میکند. نقص در مدیریت و تنظیم هیجان یکی ازعواملی است که مادران کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری با آن درگیر می باشند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان به مادران دارای کودک بیشفعال بر ارتقای سلامت روان مادر انجام گرفت. روشها: در این مطالعه ۴۴ مادر کودک ۱۲-۴ ساله مبتلا به بیشفعالی به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه (مداخله و کنترل) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله در ۸ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای آموزش تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گراس شرکت داده شدند. سلامت عمومی در پایان جلسه هشتم و همچنین یک ماه پس از اتمام مداخله در دو گروه تعیین گردید. تحلیل دادهها از طریق نرمافرار SPSS نسخه ۱۶ و آزمونهای آماری تیمستقل، آنالیز واریانس با اندازههای تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی انجام شد. نتایج: آموزش تنظیم هیجان در مادران کودکان مبتلا به بیشفعالی موجب ارتقای سلامت روان آنها گردید (۰/۰۰۱>p). همچنین این بهبودی درسایر ابعاد سلامت روان مادران نظیر علائم جسمی،کاهش اضطراب وافسردگی ونیز بهبود عملکرد اجتماعی مشاهده شد (۰/۰۰۱>p). نتیجهگیری:با توجه به یافتههای مطالعه استفاده از برنامه آموزش تنظیم هیجان در مادران کودکان مبتلا به بیشفعالی به جهت ارتقای سلامت روان آنان پیشنهاد میگردد.

The impact of Emotion Regulation Training on Mental health in Mothers of Children with attention deficit/hyperactivity Disorder
Abstract
Background & Aim: Hyperactivity disorder / attention deficit negatively affects mother-child interaction and can impair family function, especially the mother's. Defects in management and emotion regulation are among the factors affecting mothers of children with behavioral disorders. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Emotion Regulation Training in Mental health among Mothers of Children with attention deficit/hyperactivity Disorder. Methods: In this study, 44 mothers of children aged 4-12 years with hyperactivity/attention deficit were selected through convenience sampling and divided into two intervention and control groups. The intervention group participated in 8 sessions of 90-minute Emotion Regulation Training based on Gross Model. General health was determined at the end of the eighth session as well as one month after the intervention. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA with repeated measures and Bonferroni post hoc test. Results: Emotion Regulation Training can improve mental health in Mothers of Children with hyperactivity Disorder (P˂0.001). Furthermore, this improvement was observed in other aspects of mothers' mental health including physical complaints, anxiety, depression and social functioning (P˂0.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is recommended to use emotion regulation training for mothers of children with hyperactivity/attention deficit to improve their mental health.
