Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: اختلال بازی اینترنتی جهت تبدیل شدن به یک اختلال مستقل در راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری (DSM)، توسط انجمن روانپزشکان آمریکا وارد بخش سه -V DSM شده است تا بررسی بیشتری درباره ­ی آن صورت گیرد. آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی-۲۰ به عنوان ابزاری جهت بررسی اختلال بازی اینترنتی معرفی شده است. این مطالعه با هدف روایی سنجی نسخه فارسی آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی-۲۰ در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شده است. روش ­ها: در این مطالعه ­ی روش­ شناسی، ۳۹۴ دانشجوی کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز به روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ­ها با استفاده از فرم مشخصات فردی اجتماعی، فرم رفتارهای بازی کردن، نسخه فارسی آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی-۲۰ و مقیاس استرس هولمز و ریهه جمع ­آوری گردید. از تحلیل عامل تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS  نسخه ۲۲ جهت بررسی روایی سازه استفاده گردید. همچنین روایی صوری، محتوا و ملاک، پایایی آزمون بازآزمون و همسانی درونی آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی-۲۰ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: روایی محتوا منجر به بازنویسی یکی از گویه­ های ابزار متناسب با فرهنگ ایرانی شد. نتایج CFA برازش نسخه فارسی ابزار و شش بعد آن را نشان داد (۰/۰۰۱) (P< ، RMSEA =۰/۰۴۳   ،CMIN / DF =۲۵/۳ ۰/۹۳۶= CFI). ضریب آلفای کرونباخ جهت همسانی درونی ۹۱/۰ و ضریب پایایی آزمون بازآزمون آن ۹۵/۰ به دست آمد. روایی ملاکی ابزار با همبستگی مستقیم و معنی ­دار بین نمره کل IGD با نمرات مقیاس ریهه (۰/۱۳ , R= ۰/۰۵ P<) و ساعات استفاده از اینترنت در طول روز (۰/۳۵ R=، ۰/۰۰۱ P<) مشخص گردید. نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که نسخه فارسی آزمون اختلال بازی اینترنتی-۲۰ یک ابزار روا و پایا می­ باشد و می­تواند برای مقاصد تحقیقی در جامعه­ی دانشجویان ایرانی استفاده شود.

Validation of the Persian version of the internet gaming disorder-20 Test among the students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

Abstract

Background & Aim: The American Psychiatrists Association has inserted Internet gaming disorder into Section III of DSM-V. The IGD-20 test has been introduced as a tool for investigating IGD. This study aims to assess the validity of the Persian version of IGD-20 test. Methods: In this methodological study, 394 undergraduate students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences were included using Convenience sampling method. The data were collected using social demographic form, Persian version of IGD-20 test, Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale, and gambling behaviors form. A confirmatory factor analysis using the AMOS 22 was applied to examine the construct validity of the tool. Also face, content and criterion validity, internal consistency and test retest reliability of the scale were evaluated. Results: Content validity led to the revising of one of scale items appropriate to Iranian culture. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated the good fit of the six-factor model to the data((P<0.001) CMIN / DF = 2.503., RMSEA = 0.043, CFI = 0.936).  The IGD-20 test revealed good internal consistency (α=0.91) as well as two weeks test–retest reliability (r=0.94). Criterion validity was revealed by a significant correlation between IGD and the scores of Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale and also duration of gaming during the day (R=0.13, P<0.05 and, R= 0.35, P <0.001, respectively). Conclusion: It seems that this scale is a valid and reliable tool and can be used for research purposes in Iranian students.
