Persian Abstract

مقدمه:دانش فراشناختی اشاره به عقاید و تئوری هایی دارد که افراد در ارتباط با شناخت ها و هیجاناتخود دارند، که این عقاید می تواند باورهای مربوط به اهمیت قائل شدن برای انواع خاصی از تفکرات دربارۀ دیگر وقایع شناختی را نیز در بر بگیرد. هدف این پژوهش  بررسی رابطۀ باورهای فراشناختی و رفتارهای خود تخریب گرایانه در افراد معتاد به مواد مخدر می باشد. روش کار: در این مطالعۀ توصیفی همبستگی، 132نفر از معتادان مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهرستان تربت حیدریه در سال 1391به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه باورهای فراشناختی (MCQ-30) و پرسشنامه سنجش رفتارهای خودتخریب گرایانه(آقامحمدیان1388) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته ها:بیشترین رفتارهای خود تخریبی در شرکت کنندگان، مصرف دائم مواد،مصرف تفننی مواد گوناگون، و کشیدن سیگار بود. بین نمرات افراد در مقیاس باورهای فراشناختی ومیزان رفتارهای خودتخریب گرایانه همبستگی منفی معنی داری وجود داشت. همچنین نمرۀ کلی رفتارهای خود تخریبی با نمرات افراد در ابعادباورهای مثبت دربارۀ نگرانی، کنترل ناپذیری و خطر، اطمینان شناختی، نیاز به کنترل افکار و خودآگاهی شناختی رابطۀ منفی معناداری داشت(01/0>p). نتیجه گیری: فراشناخت نقش مهمی در انتخاب و تداوم مکانیسم های مقابله ای ناسازگار دارد. در اصل استفاده از مکانیسم های مقابله ای ناسازگار، سبب شکل گیری و تداوم رفتارهای نامتناسب و خود تخریبی می شود، از این رو میتوان با تغییر باورهای فراشناختی که شیوه های ناسازگارانۀ برخی از رفتارها را زیاد می کنند و یا باعث گرایش به اعتیاد می شوند، به بهبود  وضعیت  زندگی فردی و اجتماعی افراد کمک کرد.

On the Relationship between Meta cognitive Beliefs and the Self-Destructive Behavior among addicts

Abstract

Background: While some factors support drug addiction, others impose risky factors that affect drug addiction. This study investigated the relationship between Meta cognitive beliefs and self-destructive behavior among addicts. Materials and Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study. One hundred thirty two people were selected through convenience sampling, from the addicted clients who came to Torbat Heidarieh governmental or private clinics (treatment centers) in 1390. In order to gather data, meta cognitive behavior questionnaires (MCQ-30) and questionnaire to measure self-destructive behavior measures (Aghamohamadyan, 1388) were used. Data were analyzed using the SPSS software (version 16) to find out descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. Results: The most self-destructive behaviors of the participants were the use of permanent materials, fancy use of a variety of materials, and smoking. There was a significant negative correlation between Meta cognitive beliefs and self-destructive behaviors. Moreover, there was a significant relationship (p<0/01) between the overall score of self-destructive behaviors and the scores of people’s positive beliefs about worries, uncontrollability, danger, and cognitive confidence, need to control thoughts and cognitive self-consciousness. Conclusion: Meta cognition plays an important role in the selection and persistence of incompatible coping mechanisms helping people improve their personal and social life.
