Persian Abstract

زمینه و اهداف: سوانح ترافیکی یکی از مهمترین معضلات بهداشتی اخیر در جوامع می‌باشد که سالانه جان بیش از 12 هزار نفر را در سراسر دنیا می‌گیرد همچنین شایعترین علت مصدومیت و دومین علت مرگ و میر در کشور به شمار می‌روند. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین کننده‌های رفتار دانشجویان در رابطه با حوادث ترافیکی بود. روش­ها: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی بود که در سال 1396 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تربت حیدریه انجام شد. نمونه‌ای به حجم 171 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده مشخص شد. پرسشنامه‌ها به روش خود ایفا تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون درصورت نرمال بودن و در صورت نرمال نبودن داده‌ها از معادل ناپارامتریک آن استفاده شده است. نتایج: در این مطالعه انحراف معیار±میانگین سنی دانشجویان59/1±94/20 بود. انحراف معیار±میانگین سازه‌های حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع درک شده، موانع درک شده، راهنما برای عمل و رفتار به ترتیب برابر 75/2±58/21، 1/6±92/29، 09/3±08/25، 57/4±22/21، 33/1±81/5، 19/3±16/29  بود. سازه‌های منافع درک شده، موانع درک شده و راهنما برای عمل با رفتار همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری داشتند که در این بین، سازه منافع درک شده و موانع درک شده، همبستگی شدیدتری داشتند  (001/.p<). نتیجه­ گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند گامی مؤثر در برنامه ریزی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در جهت بهبود رفتارهای مرتبط با حوادث ترافیکی باشد.

Determinants of Torbat Heydariyeh University students\' behavior in relation to traffic accidents based on health belief model

Abstract

Background & Aim: Road traffic injuries are one of the most important health problems in recent communities which are annually resulted in the deaths of more than 12,000 people around the world. Traffic accidents are regarded as the most common cause of injuries and in fact, as the second leading cause of death in the country the aim of this study were to Determinants of Students' Behavior in relation to Traffic Accidents. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in Torbat-e-Heydariyeh University of Medical Sciences in 2016. A sample of 171 people was identified by simple random sampling. The questionnaires were completed in a self-fulfilling manner. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test were used if the data were normal and the nonparametric equivalents were used. Results: In this study, the mean (SD) age of students was 20.49 (1.60). The mean (SD) of perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, guidance for action and behavior were 21.85 (2.75), 29.92 (6.1), 08 / 25 (3/9), 22/21 (4/57), 81/8 (33/1) and 29/16 (19/3). Based on Pearson's test results, only perceived structures, perceived barriers, and guidance for action were correlated with behavior, while the perceived benefits perceived and perceived barriers were more effective (p> 0.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study can be an effective step in planning educational intervention based on the health belief model to improve the behavior related to traffic accidents.
