Persian Abstract

آنژیوادم یک بیماری نادر سیستم کمپلمان با توارث اتوزوم غالب است که متعاقب مصرف داروهای مهار‌کننده آنژیوتانسین در 0.1 تا 1 درصد بیماران گزارش شده است. این بیماری با تورم جلدی - مخاطی غیرخارش‌دار و غیر‌گوده‌گذار تظاهر می‌نماید. در برخی موارد این بیماری متعاقب مصرف کاپتوپریل که برای درمان فشارخون شدید و حاد بصورت خوراکی یا زیر زبانی مصرف می‌شود، ایجاد می‌گردد. در این مقاله عارضه نادر آنژیوادم به دنبال مصرف کاپتوپریل زیر زبانی در یک خانم 49 ساله مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بیمار چند ساعت بعد از مصرف داروی کاپتوپریل دچار علایم آنژیو ادم گردید که به دلیل ادم شدید زبان، لب‌ها و حنجره، تراکئوستومی و در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه بستری شد. با شروع اقدامات درمانی و بستری در بیمارستان نهایتا با حال عمومی خوب ترخیص گردید.

Angioedema following Captopril intake: A case report

Abstract

Angioedema is a rare disease with autosomal dominant is largely complement system. This disease is characterized by non-itchy mucocutaneous and non-pitting edema. In some cases, this disease appears as a result of Captopril intake which is orally and sublingually used in the treatment of severe hypertension. In this study, angioedema as a rare complication of Captopril sublingual intake was investigated in a 49-years-old patient. In several hours after taking Captopril, patient showed the Angioedema signs. Due to severe edema of tongue, lips and larynx, quick tracheostomy was performed and patient was hospitalized in intensive care unit. Having started the treatment measures and hospitalization, the patient discharged with good general condition.
