Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: ویژگی­ های شخصیت و ساختار انگیزشی از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار در تصمیم­ گیری­ های دوران نوجوانی است. در این میان برداشتی که نوجوان از سبک فرزند پروری والدینش دارد در جهت­ گیری­ های وی نقش بسزایی دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش ادراک از سبک فرزندپروری در رابطه بین ساختار انگیزشی وویژگی­ های شخصیتی انجام پذیرفت. روش ها: جامعه پژوهش کلیه دانش ­آموزان دبیرستان­ های دخترانه و پسرانه متوسطه اول ناحیه یک شهر مشهد در سال 98-1397 بود. 460 دانش­ آموز دختر و پسر به روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه ساختار انگیزشی، ویژگی­ های شخصیت و ادراک از سبک فرزند پروری پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده­ ها با استفاده از نرم ­افزارهای  SPSSنسخه 25و AMOS نسخه 24 و با استفاده از روش آماری مدل­ یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی شرکت­ کنندگان 0/99±13/74 سال بود. بین عوامل شخصیت به جز عامل روان­ رنجورخویی با انگیزش انطباقی رابطه مثبت و معناداری بدست آمد. رابطه روان­رنجورخویی با انگیزش انطباقی معکوس و معنادار بود (0/01≥P ،0/12- r=). ادراک از سبک فرزند پروری رابطه بین ویژگی ­های شخصیت و ساختار انگیزشی را میانجی­گری می­کند. 12 از تغییرات انگیزش انطباقی متأثر از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و فرزند پروری ادراک شده است. نتیجه­ گیری: نوجوانانی که با برخورداری از برخی ویژگی ­های شخصیتی ادراک مثبتی از محیط خانوادگی و سبک فرزند پروری والدین خود دارند، امید بیشتری برای دستیابی به اهداف و پیگیری آن داشته و احتمالا اهداف صحیح و واقع ­بینان ه­ای انتخاب می‌نمایند و ساختار انگیزشی انطباقی بیشتری دارند.

Mediatory role of perceived parenting style in relationship between motivational structure and personality traits of adolescents

Abstract

Background & Aim: Personality traits and motivational structure are important and influential factors in adolescent decision making. In this regard, the adolescent's perception of parenting style has an important role in his/her orientations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of perception of parenting style in relationship between motivational structure and personality traits. Methods: The population of the study included all high school students (both boys and girls) in the district 1 of Mashhad between 2018-2019. 460 male and female students were selected by available sampling method and replied to the questionnaire of motivational structure, NEO personality traits and perceived parenting style. Data analysis was performed using SPSS.25 و AMOS.24 and by structural equation modeling statistical method. Results: In this study, the mean and standard deviation of participants' age were 13.74±0.99. Positive and significant relationship was found between personality factors except neuroticism with adaptive motivation. The relationship between neuroticism and adaptive motivation was negative and significant (r=-0.12, p<0.01). Other findings showed that perceptions of parenting style mediated the relationship between personality traits and motivational structure. 12 of the changes in adaptive motivation were influenced by personality traits and perceived parenting style. Conclusion: Teenagers with personality traits extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness who have a positive perception of their family environment and parenting style have a high expectation of achieving and following their goals and is more likely to choose the correct and realistic goals and have the adaptive motivational structure.
