Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: افزایش کیفیت نظام آموزشی به عنوان اثرگذارترین عامل در توسعه کشورها محسوب می شود. انگیزه پیشرفت و افت تحصیلی یکی از مشکلات مهم نظام آموزشی در تمام کشورها است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر گروه درمانی شناختی- رفتاری بر انگیزه پیشرفت و افت تحصیلی دانشجویان صورت گرفته است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی در سال 1394 بر روی 24 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تربت حیدریه که دچار افت تحصیلی بودند، انجام شده است. در ابتدای مطالعه پرسش‌نامه انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس توسط گروه مداخله و کنترل تکمیل شد. گروه مداخله در 8 جلسه گروه درمانی شناختی-رفتاری شرکت داده شد و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. پس از پایان آخرین جلسه گروه درمانی هر دو گروه مجددا پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون های پارامتریک تی مستقل و زوجی و آزمون های غیر پارامتریک من ویتنی و ویلکاکسون انجام شد. نتایج: میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان در گروه کنترل 0.91&plusmn;19.33 و در گروه آزمایش 1.07&plusmn;19.92 سال بود. بین نمره انگیزه پیشرفت گروه کنترل و آزمایش در قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنادار آماری مشاهده نشد (0.05p>). اما افت تحصیلی دانشجویان گروه آزمایش قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری داشت (0.05p<) و گروه درمانی شناختی-رفتاری باعث کاهش افت تحصیلی دانشجویان گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی گروه درمانی شاختی-رفتاری بر ارتقاء سطح تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. لذا پیشنهاد می شود با به کارگیری گروه درمانی شناختی-رفتاری در میان دانشجویان دچار افت تحصیلی، زمینه پیشرفت تحصیلی آنان فراهم گردد.

The effect of Cognitive-behavioral Group Therapy on Achievement Motivation and Academic Failure students among students of university of medical sciences

Abstract

Background & Aim: Increasing the quality of the educational system as the most influential factor in the development of countries. Achievement motivation and academic failure is one of the most important problems of the educational system in all countries.This study performe to investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral group therapy on achievement motivation and academic failure. Methods: This quasi-experimental study on 24 students who have academic failure in students of Torbat University of Medical Sciences had been done in 2015. At the beginning of the study achievement motivation questionnaire was completed by the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group participated in 8 sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy group and the control group received no intervention. After the end of the last session of group therapy, two questionnaires were completed by both groups again. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent and paired t-test, Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests SPSS software version 20. Results: The mean and standard deviation of participants' age in control group was 19/33&plusmn;0/61 and in experimental group was 19/92&plusmn;1/07. There was no significant difference in achievement motivation control group and experimental group before and after intervention (p>0.05). But there was a significant difference in academic failure students of experimental group before and after intervention (p<0/05). Conclusion: The results was showed that the clinical effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral group therapy on students' academic failure, so that this treatment is probably effective to improve students' academic achievement.
