Persian Abstract

مقدمه: فناوری های جدید، به ویژه واقعیت مجازی، تأثیر مهمی در مراقبت های بهداشتی در دهه آینده خواهد داشت.عمده ترین کاربرد واقعیت مجازی در پزشکی ، استفاده از آن جهت آموزش می باشد. امروزه به دلایل اخلاقی و عملی بیماران نمی توانند به طور مستقیم در بسیاری از جنبه های  آموزش مورد استفاده قرارگیرند، علاوه بر این محدودیت های قابل توجهی مانند هزینه ، زمان و عمومیت نداشتن محیط ها، ما را به استفاده از این ابزار سوق داده است. بنابراین این مقاله با هدف نقش واقعیت مجازی در آموزش متخصصان مراقبت بهداشتی انجام شده است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مروری نظامند است، که در آن تمامی مقالات چاپ شده مرتبط با کاربرد واقعیت مجازی در آموزش متخصصان مراقبت بهداشتی، بدون محدودیت زبانی، و در بازه زمانی مارس 2000 تا پایان مارس 2018 در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور یافتن مقالات پایگاه های scopos, scholar, pubmed  مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ­ها: نتایج 68 مقاله نشان داد که واقعیت مجازی مزایای فراوانی در آموزش پزشکان و جراحان، پرستاران، دندانپزشکان و سایر حرفه های پزشکی مانند متخصصان بیهوشی، روانپزشکان و زیست پزشکان دارد. نتیجه ­گیری: واقعیت مجازی با ایجاد یک محیط شبیه سازی شده ، انعطاف پذیر و امن امکان انجام هزاران بار تمرین بر روی بیمار را  بدون محدودیت زمانی و آسیب به بیمار می دهد که باعث آموزش بهتر و موثر و افزایش دقت و کاهش خطا در کارآموزان مراقبت بهداشتی می شود. با توجه به مزایای فراوان این فناوری توصیه می شود در آموزش از آن بهره گرفته شود.

The Role of Virtual Reality in the Training of Health Care Professionals

Abstract

Introduction: New technologies, especially virtual reality, will have a significant impact on health care in the next decade. The most common application of virtual reality in medicine is its use for education. Today, for ethical and practical reasons, patients cannot be directly used in many aspects of education, in addition to significant limitations such as cost, time, and lack of environments, leading us to use this tool. Therefore, this article aims to investigate the role of virtual reality in the education of health care professionals. analysis method: This research is a systematic review study, in which all published articles related to the application of virtual reality in the training of healthcare professionals, without language restrictions, were considered from March 2000 until the end of March 2018. Scopos, scholar, pubmed databases were searched for articles. Results: The results of 68 articles showed that virtual reality has many benefits in training physicians and surgeons, nurses, dentists and other medical professions such as anesthesiologists, psychiatrists and biiatrists. Conclusion: Virtual reality creates a simulated, flexible and secure environment enabling thousands of times of patient training without time limitation and injury, which results in better and effective training, increased accuracy and reduced error in trainees. Becomes health care. Due to the many benefits of this technology it is recommended to use it in education.
