Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: سلامت معنوی یکی از ابعاد مهم سلامت می باشد و باتوجه به اینکه آخرین بعدی است که در حال حاضر به مفهوم سلامتی اضافه شده است، تحقیقات زیادی در این خصوص انجام نشده است. لذا هدف این مطالعه، تعیین سلامت معنوی بهورزان شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان چناران در سال 1396می باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی (توصیفی-تحلیلی) بوده که در آن سلامت معنوی 71نفر بهورز شاغل در شبکه بهداشت و درمان چناران با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون سنجیده شده است. گردآوری داده ها بصورت سرشماری انجام گردید. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با نرم افزارspss18با آزمون های آماری آنووا و من ویتنی انجام گردید. یافته ها: میانگین سنی افراد مورد مطالعه7/7±6/36 سال بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار سلامت معنوی بهورزان 2/11±6/99، سلامت وجودی8/5±8/46 و سلامت مذهبی2/7±7/52 بود. 9/54درصد از شرکت کنندگان سلامت معنوی بالا و 1/45درصد سلامت معنوی متوسط داشتند. در این مطالعه بین سن، جنس، تحصیلات و درآمد با سلامت معنوی رابطه معنی دار وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: سلامت معنوی در بهورزان شاغل در شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان چناران به ویژه در بعد سلامت مذهبی مطلوب است، لذا بررسی و برنامه ریزی در خصوص ارتقای دیگر ابعاد سلامتی مثل سلامت جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و شغلی بهورزان نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Spiritual Health in health workers (Behvarz) in Health Center Chenaran

Abstract

Background: Spiritual health is one of the most important aspects of health, and much research has not been done on this subject, given that the last one is currently added to the concept of health. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the Spiritual Health in health workers (Behvarz) in health centers Chenaran in 2017. Methods: In this cross -sectional (descriptive -correlative) study spiritual health of 71 behvarz were measured by questionnaire Paloutzian and Ellison Spiritual Health Questionnaire.  Data were collected by census. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Mann-Whithney in the SPSS18. Results: The mean age was  36.6 ± 7.7 years. The Mean score of spiritual health was 99.6 ± 11.2, existential health was 46.8 ± 5.8 and religious health 52.7 ± 7.2. 54.9 of the samples had high spiritual health and 45.1 had moderate spiritual health. In this study, There wasn't any significant relationship between the health literacy with age, sex, educational level and income. Conclusion: Spiritual health is desirable in health care workers in the Chenaran health care network, especially in the area of religious health. Therefore, consideration and planning of other health aspects such as physical, mental, social and occupational health should be considered.
