Persian Abstract

زمینه و هدف: تب مالت یکی از بیماری های منتقله از دام در سراسر جهان است. رفتارهای آموزشی پیشگیرانه از تب مالت، میزان بروز بیماری در گروه های با خطر بالا را کاهش می­ دهد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی اثر بخشی آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در کاهش مولفه های خطر تب مالت در دامداران شهرستان تربت حیدریه انجام شد. روش­ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مداخله ای از نوع نیمه تجربی با گروه کنترل بود، که در سال 1397 بر روی 200 نفر از دامداران بخش رخ شهرستان تربت حیدریه انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری از 7 مرکز خدمات جامع سلامت روستایی  به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای بود. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه روا و پایا که مشتمل بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سازه های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بود به صورت خودگزارش دهی جمع آوری شدند. جلسات آموزشی برای گروه آزمون طراحی و اجرا شد و بعد 2 ماه داده ها از هر دو گروه جمع آوری و بوسیله آزمون های آماری کای اسکوئر، من ویتنی و ویلکاکسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: آزمون کای­ دو بین گروه‌های مطالعه از نظر سن، جنس، تحصیلات و وضعیت تأهل اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری نشان نداد (0/05P62;).160; بر اساس نتایج مطالعه بعد از مداخله ی آموزشی، میانگین نمرات آگاهی و سازه های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی (حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع درک شده، موانع درک شده، خودکارآمدی و رفتار) در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش آماری معنی­ داری داشت (0/001>P). نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مداخله ی آموزشی اجرا شده به وسیله مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، تاثیر مطلوبی در کاهش مولفه های خطر و همچنین بهبود رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از بیماری تب مالت در دامداران دارد.

The Effect of Education based on the Health Belief Model in Reducing the Risk Factors of the Brucellosis in Torbat Haydariyeh

Abstract

Background & Aim: Brucellosis is one of the zoonotic diseases worldwide. Training the Brucellosis preventing behaviors reduce the incidence of this disease in at-risk groups. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of education based on the Health Belief Model in reducing the risk factors of Brucellosis in ranchers in Torbat Haydariyeh. Methods: This interventional study was a quasi-experimental model with a control group which was performed on 200 of ranchers in Jolgeh Rokh District of Torbat Haydariyeh, in 2018.  The sampling method was stratified random from 7 rural health-care centers. The data was collected via a valid and reliable questionnaire including demographic information and Health Belief Model constructs in self-reporting way. The educational sessions were designed for the test group and data was collected from the both groups after 2 months and they were analyzed using Chi-Square. Results: There was  no significant statistical difference between the study groups in terms of age, gender, education level and marital status based on a Chi-squared test (P>0.05). According to the obtained results, after interventional education, the mean score of knowledge and Health Belief Model constructs (perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived self-efficacy, and behavior) showed a significant increase in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion: The result of present study indicates that educational intervention performed by the Health Belief Model has a desirable effect on reducing risk factors and also improving brucellosis preventive behaviors among ranchers.
